Studio Process worked closely with the Greater Des Moines Public Art Foundation to capture the story of the return and repair of an iconic downtown feature. Their goal was to educate the community on the conservation processes involved in repairing this complex work of art by world-renowned artist, Jun Kaneko of Omaha, NE. Over the course of a week, we filmed details of the reinstallation, including interviews with the lead from Midwest Art Conservation Center and the executive director of the Foundation, and wrapped this into a beautiful narrative that will live on their channels for years to come.
